Dow Financial, Inc., was organized and incorporated in 1998 under the laws of the State of Illinois. We are a sales finance agency specializing in secondary non-prime consumer financial services. Our niche market caters to consumer installment financing. The above average growth of Dow is due to the targeted marketing strategics to retail sales vendors and its experienced finance professionals. Management has in excess of 45 years experience in this particular financial field. Dow currently purchases retail installment contracts from dealers of household appliances located in over 30 states. Investigations into other product lines to finance are on going and Dow will eventually conduct marketing research that includes population and income demographics, regulatory issues, on site visitation and introductory sales calls. The conclusion reached from such research will enable the company to estimate the earning potential for areas of high traffic density.Our customers satisfaction is important to us and innovative methods for making their payments to Dow have been implemented such as; Check(s) by Phone, Electronic Fund Transfers, Debit Card Payments, Visa, Master Charge and Western Union Quick Collect. A "Fresh Start" program is available for delinquent customers that have successfuly completed a three month re-payment program. Monthly reporting to the three major credit bureaus offers an opportunity for all of our customers to establish or re-establish a good payment record with future credit usage in mind.
